The slide presentation outlines site design alterations to the Brandywine Town Center (BTC) that the owner (Acadia) presented at a meeting held at the BTC Community Center on 10/12/22.
The change to the deed restrictions is needed to reduce the pond from its current 4 acres to 2 acres in order to provide space for the five buildings shown in the most recent drawings of the site. (Caution: one slide shows an earlier version that was presented at the Brandywine Hundred Library back in June 2022.)
